Functional Foods
We love Functional Foods because they are a fabulous option for busy lifestyles. They are powders that contain mixes of vegetable and fruit extracts and concentrates, herbs, vitamins, minerals, amino acids and more. In some instances they can be used therapeutically, but in the main we use them for maintenance and for supplementing the diet -- so if you are busy and on the run, you still get your nutrients.
